Ok, I'm starting to lose my mind on this brake line fitting. New "T" union, new left side line, STILL won't hold pressure/fluid at the union!!! Has anyone had this very annoying problem and fixed it?

Hello Dan. Did you install new brakes lines? If so. They have a bubble flare. Is the new T union orginal replacement? It must be. To meet up with the bubble flare on the steel line. Good Luck John Fl

Dan, assuming that the lines have the correct flare, remove the line and drain it. Then heat the end cherry red with a propane torch. Let it cool slowly and then reconnect it.What you are doing is an

No chance one of the parts is metric? (M 10 x 1 thread?) It is very difficult to spot the difference, as I can tell you from experience. Good luck Bert
