It certainly does sound like a key buzzer, any theories on why this would happen now? Once I put in the new battery the sound went away.

LUCAS is immune to theories. (especially because it probably stopped working because of corrosion and dirty wires. Who knows what makes it start working again. Kind of like hitting a bump and stuff s
