Hello to all; I am assembling my BJ7 engine after a rebuild. I removed the manifolds 25 years ago (what a mistake). My question is what are the nuts that hold the manifolds on? They are obviously 3/8

Hi Frank, Both types of nuts are correct. The brass ones are used where they will retain an exhaust manifold or both manifolds (ten) and the steel where the nut retains an inlet manifold exclusively
