- Ed, there are several ways. Spray some really good rust/corrosion buster on the fitting and let it set for several days. Then disconnect the clevis pin, and bolts to move the mc off of the firewall,

- I job First use a 6 sided tubing wrench. My second trick is to clamp a pair of vise grips onto the outside of the tubing wrench. With this setup, the wrench will not round off the nut. You need to do
