I would venture to suggest that balancing the driveshaft on ANY car is worth the effort - it will smooth out vibrations, which in turn will make the drive more enjoyable and will mean less wear and

Balance is a good idea. If the u joints were ever changed and the yokes not put back in the original clock position things will be out of balance. Remember, in 4th gear the drive shaft spins at engin

Hi Carl, I had the driveshaft balanced when I installed Herman's 5 speed conversion on Casper ... it significantly reduced overall vibration, I could not believe how much smoother he ran with it inst
