It'll bolt up but the input depth will likely be wrong. The SROD and Tremec 5 speed have the bellhousing bolt pattern of the toploader but the input length of the T5. You can sometimes get away with

The SROD and Tremec have longer input shafts (same length as a T5) than a toploader 4 speed. If you use an SROD/Tremec bellhousing with a toploader, the input shaft *may* not be long enough to fully

Just about any Chevy 4 or 5 speed from 70's or earlier(?) through the Camero T-5 5-speed 1984 through 1992. The T-5 is the most common swap tranny at this time. The later T-56 6-speed will work, but
