Just did a master cylinder on a 1500 ('75) I just installed it dry, with no nothing. Hooked up the lines to the proportioning valve, and then filled the resevoir and let gravity feed the lines for me

I've done this more times than I can count.... adapter kit ($3-$4 U.S.). the brake line hole(s) and run the included rubber hose(s) from the adapter(s) back into the master cylinder resevoir. hoses.

Why would one need to bench bleed the brake master cylinder? I thought that if, for example, all my brake fluid leeked out and the master cylinder reservoir was empty I could correct whatever problem
