Simple... Cut slices about 2/3rd's of the way thru every 3/8" or so, on the BACK side,spray or otherwise wet the ply thoroughly, bend it to shape, clamp it down, let it dry and you have your form Hop

I usually prefer to use thinner sheets of plywood for bending, and layer them to reach the desired thickness. Using this method you can have compound curves in both directions. If you only need to b

Norm Abrams used exactly this technique a few year's ago in one of the New Yankee Workshop episodes. He used lots of clamps to keep the various layers tight while they set up. Cheers Keith Stewart

No no no. Start with thinner plywood. Bend as needed, then laminate another layer and so forth. If you need a really severe curve, buy wiggleboard. Its plywood with all the plies running the same way
