Raw fuel, your choke is either stuck on or the carbs are way too rich. Try pushing up the jets on the bottom of the carbs, if they are up, then lean out the carbs by turning the nut on the bottom of

Mixture too rich. Does it smoke all the time or only under acceleration? If former, reset mixture (screw carb jets up [read manual]). If latter, change dashpot oil to lighter grade.
