I appreciate all the responses regarding blue colors. One other question. I received my order today from Tower paint and the can of Royal Blue has the word "Metallic" on the label. While I know that

Yes Rootes had many Metallic colors. I have a list of 180 colors Rootes used into the 70's; 58 are metallic, many of those I believe were used during the Chrysler years. Ron Fraser I appreciate all

Was Royal Blue Metallic available in 1966? I thought I got it off a mid-60's Rootes color list. Rodney

Hi Steve, Thank you. Weren't Tigers also available with Oxford Blue and Midnight Blue? The Royal Blue was from a 1965 or 1966 Rootes color list. It just didn't say metallic. Also, does the Commodore

That's Mediterranean Blue. The 2001-02-ish BMW M3 was painted a similar color called Laguna Seca Blue. Rodney
