FYI, FWIW, it was the very first Bond, Dr. No. But, James drives a blue Alpine, not a Tiger. Maybe the use of a Sunbeam in the first Bond flick had something to do with Max driving a Tiger. Interest

To make things worse, not only was it not a Tiger, it was probably a low compression Alpine. Rootes only sent low compression cars to the islands where it was filmed. Jay
