I know the REAR components on the Tiger are the same as TR's, but I am not sure about the front disc. I will however be very interested in the responses you get from this post.....a conversion like

No. He put a brand X motor in a Datsun 240Z. The fact that the truck calipers were a bolt on to a Z is completely irrelevant to Tigers too. Erich me improvement, Conversion

Unfortunately the TR and Tiger calipers are not the same. Very close but not the same. They are both the same model number but the TR calipers have mounting holes that are 1/4" further apart than tho

There's a crushable metal seal between the two sides. It is not reuseable but I've heard that a replacement is available somewhere. I'm just guessing, but it might survive the oven as is. Stu

I read Stu's note about crushable metal seals... I hadn't heard of, or seen, metal seals. The Girling two-part calipers that used to come on Volvos had a square edged rubber O-ring between the halves
