I think the new pads may have done it for you. I had the same problem on my 72" TR6. I tried the anti squeal pads. They worked for about 200-300 miles and then disintegrated. The real fix was, and h

Is the TR6 equipped with the factory anti-squeal plates? I would bet that would solve your problem if your TR6 does not have them. Mine did the same thing until I put the anti-squeal plates on. -- Le

Dick, Try having your rotors turnedto break the glaze on them. It is recommende when relacing metallic brake pads to reduce squeal. As always this JMO. Larry Zink 1964 Spitfir4 Houston
