Water. I never go near a car without a hose when I have brake fluid, unless I feel lucky. I'm usually not but my brake fluid does not seem to touch the original yellow paint. Water won't fix anythin

Nothing I'm aware of. In fact, brake fluid probably makes one of the best paint strippers around. That's why, despite what some think about it, went with silicone brake fluid during our restoration.

If pepper neutralizes salt (we all know that) then doesn't clutch fluid neutralize brake fluid?
