Doesn't your brake light switch have an adjustment on it . Should be a nut you can thread in or out. Bill in Colo.

My advice: Just replace the brake light switch. (no, you can't really adjust it). Sometimes they just break down! The brake light should come on when the hydraulic pressure is still very low. Bert
