Hello list, I have a brake problem with my 69 MGBGT. Occcasionally, the brakes do not release. It seems to be on the rear brakes only. When this happens, the pedal is very stiff, and I can tell that

Open the drums and do thorough cleaning. Check adjustments and check if the shoes are worn. If no luck - renewal of the slave cylinders maybe the next step. Did you renew the brake fluid regulary? If

I had something similar going on with my 76 roadster. After about 20 minutes to a half hour of normal driving all four brakes would slow lock up. After a cool down ( or as I realized pressure bleed )
