I am finishing the restoration of a Bugeye with a stock 948 engine, HS2 carbs, and a DM1 distributor. It is misfiring and overheating. I would like to add an oil cooler and replace the distributor or

If you want to make the changes in an effort to correct the cooling problem....you may be able to safe a lot of $ by finding out why the misfiring and making the correction. Could be something as eas

Unless I'm badly mistaken, the oil cooler from your local junkyard MGB hooks up just fine. I'm told the cooler mounts in front of the rad, and will not cause more overheating. I prefer the pertronix,
