Yes, and no, I replaced the bypass with another unit and now that works properly but I still don't have a smooth idle. I was using the color tune device and could not get the mixture richer than the

After I get it smogged I'll be looking into a dual carb setup or fuel injection, but for now I have to get through CA emissions.
