Funny you should ask that Steve. I just had my machinist hone my cam bearings on my 1622. He says that the assembly lube (avail at local parts store or Moss) is too heavy and to mix it 50/50 with 30

I disagree with your machinest. You ought to get a second opinion before proceeding with this method. Isky cam lube is what I've used for many years. My machine ship agrees with the choice. Ed Woods
