They started making them in 1952 and between the coupe and the convertible they built over 3250. I dont know what the breakdown between open and closed models was.The coupe is worth big money probabl

There are worth between $200,000 and $300,000. They do make a very good replica it's hard to tell from the real thing, it even has a Mercedes engine and suspension. Do not know how many were made. J
