I'm running (in NH) the F4B setup with the Holly 1848 465 cfm and no spacer. No problem with heat last two summers in N.E.

One thing to keep in mind is that a PCV is a "bleeding" (read that air leak) device. Make sure when you attach it's hose to the manifold that it draws equally from the plenum. Often folks hook it up
