- Thanks for the replies. i will install a new thermostat and all new hoses. i think i will also have the system chemically cleaned. A new cap will also be bought. thanks Chris

- If you blew the head gasket, I sure hoped you has the heads and deck checked with a bench rule or you're looking at another blown head gasket/ Use nothing but Fel Pro blue gaskets. Dave Johnson
