If it's a Chrome Bumper...I think the choke handle should look just like mine ('73) -- a "T" handle that says "Choke"! (old style) I think SOME of the Rubber bumper cars had the handle you describe,

Mike and many are correct. Closer reading of Clausager shows the T-handle being introduced for US cars in 69 for the 70 model year. PaulH.
