There are 12 listed on Amazon by Clausager, (one is by Jurgen Peder Clausager - who ever that is ;-) including one on Midgets, from 1929 - 1954. Also a bunch of Out of Print Listings, including Linds

Amazon is not the be-all and end-all of bookstores, despite self-generated propaganda to that effect (sorry -- axe to grind). I suggest Classic Motorbooks, or contacting the publisher, Bay View Books
