The face plates are interchangable, a few very small screws, remove the 2 needles and swap faces. (I know it works on Smiths old to new, not sure on Jaeger) Krylon, anywhere, white, spray can. I supp

RE: Heater knob. I went out to look at the part car's dashes and both heater knobs are broken off cleanly as are the the starter knob. I do have a very nice (and I understand fairly rare) wiper knob.
