You can either replace the pedal with a used one with the hole in better condition (not that easy to find), remove the existing pedal and have the hole welded up then redrilled to size, or attempt t

I'll add one more option to Greg's reply - you can drill out the pushrod and pedal holes one size larger. I believe that the original size was for 5/16", so I drilled a 3/8" hole in each and got a la

John--The pedal arm has an elongated hole from years of service. It's best to keep the original clevis pin size (5/16") to match the MC pushrod connection. I drilled out the pedal arm to 7/16" and pu
