I am no clutch expert but physics would tell me that if you replaced the slave cyl. with one of larger interior volume, you would also have to replace the master cyl. or it will not put out enough f

I got a bit of time this weekend to try sorting out this clutch problem First I tried your idea of the nut behind the push rod. Brilliant! It produced enough movement to disingage the clutch (just)
