Thanks for the tip. What is the normal rate of wear for the graphite ring release bearings. I was told 25,000 miles by a mechanic who replaced one for me one time. Thanks, Glenn Stauffer

I am pretty sure that just recently I read in a parts catalog about a new kit that replaces this graphite ring with a real bearing. I just don't remember for what kind of LBC this was. Anybody else
