It's British! A simple solution would be to keep it in a heated garage. I would say you car is a normal as all the rest. Wait til it gets to be zero degrees then try to start it! Oh it will start but

My Sprite has a 286 cam, 45 DCOE on 40mm main venturi, sports coil and electronic ign. It has no cold start device (choke) and will start on the key after 3-5 pumps on the throttle when it is below f
