I have always used the engine off. I don't remove all plugs either, I just take one out at a time, but that may be wrong. Generally, the main thing you look for is uniformity. Those results look exce

The standard test is engine warmed up, all plugs removed, throttle wide open, crank the engine until reading quits rising. That being said the main thing you are looking for is consistency across the
