What file format/naming convention does that camera use? Like my Fuji uses "DSCF001" etc. Do a search using your cameras name type on the hard drive and see if you got lucky and they were copied ther

I had a similar problem with a compact flash card last year on my trip to Arizona. Since I had it mounted as a drive in the computer, I ran scandisk on it and got it all back. YMMV
