Better bolts are cheap insurance. I think I got mine from BFI. I used locktite and no tabs--the tabs are necessarily made from soft metal and they squish. I theorize that you get more consistent torq

Sure -- here's a few cents' worth: Throw away lock tabs. Make sure you can turn bolts in by fingers at least half way. Stock bolts do not usually fail. Better ones available from BFE - Ken Gilanders.
