My 79 midget is acting up. On low beam, I have no left headlight. On high beam, I have no right headlight. The lights, themselves, are good. The fuses look good. Any thoughts, other than sacrificing

The headlights share common wires through junction boxes. I would trace the wires from the headlights to where they join and see if the bad connection is there. First I would take a voltmeter or 12

Concur with Dave, the switches and feed to the front of the car must be OK, that leaves the bullet connectors (4-way on each wire for the RH lamp, 2-way for the LH) which are exposed to the weather c

Some time ago I had similar problem with 71MGBgt, asked for help from list here, and got solution: Blue wire to bullet connectors to headlight cone just needed to be removed, cleaned a little and rec
