- Brian & FOT I am pushing coolant out to the overflow bottle and it does not return = to the radiator on cool down. Not boiling over, nor do I have a serious loss of coolant other than = some splash.

- I have the same problem. I've been running very high (to me anyway) temps at 225-230 degrees, filling the bottle almost full in a 15-20 minute session. I am boiling off a little coolant each session

- To get the coolant to return whilst the motor cools you need the correct kind of cap and no small air leaks or soft hoses in the system. TR3/early4 factory radiators need a certain cap for the deep
