Radiator tube might have a leak. Fan is pulling it in and throwing it off. Try pressure testing the system. Makes it easier to check for the leak. Mike MacLean 60 Sprite 56 BN2 chuck

Yes, that is where the weep hole is and an indication of time for a new pump. Check the manual for fan belt tension, but usually a 1/2 inch of deflection at the fan belts longest run is about right.
