- I've noticed that a lot of roadsters run coolant tanks instead of radiators. Are these filled with water or Prestone-type coolant? What is their average capacity? How long do they cool - like driving

- I use 9 to 11 gallons, water with some soluble oil in it. No pressure cap. On an un blown car it will cool it for a real long time. leaving the line at 160 on the long course it will not boil. With t

- Why would you drive a G/FCC in the pits? Do you really want to put time on an engine needlessly? We run a 12 gallon tank in the G/FL and it never gets over 130 in the tank the engine has a thermostat

- We run an 18 gal. tank, 160 degree thermostat, 7 lb pressure cap. It works great. But there ain't no driving in the pits and staging lanes. Guess we'll see how it holds up to a turbo this year. JB
