You get a good grade on your calculations, but don't top-out at 180. At 212, it take 960 BTUs per pound to boil water so it would take a massive amount of heat to boil out your 40 G. You can get by

About the time it takes to run to the 5. On my timing slip it shows 18.0933 seconds at 198.986 to go from the 2 to the 3, 17.4305 seconds to travel from the 3 to the 4 at 206.534 and 17.2838 seconds
