- Nothing really earth shattering.....Just curious. My buddys' transmission ( '72 TR6 - overdrive ) is apart and on the bench. The countershaft has the remnants of a bearing on the rear of the counters

- The six TR6 transmissions I've had apart all had needle bearings (either the cage or sleeve-type). These were a '70, '74.5 , & 4x '75s. I believe the bushing may have been a PO's attempt for a cure
