This kind is what I have in my home and garage, ant the clearance to the lift is the exact reason that I chose them. They were made by Porvene. I don't know if Roll a Door is part of the company name

We have numerous doors like this in our commercial buildings. We know them as "rollup" doors. I can't imagine that they are hard to get. I would look in the yellow pages under Metal Building Contract

those doors are called roll up doors here. they are used more in commercial than home applications and virtually always in metal buildings. you might try a metal building builder for a referal. you
