Hello All, This weekend at the BADROC gathering I learned something. If you put on the NISMO front springs you had better cut down your bump stops. How did I miss this tidbit. I have been driving aro

If you cut them down too much, it can allow the shock to bottom out, destroying the internal valving. Been there, done that, on a new set of Konis. OUCH! Don't get me wrong, they can be cut, just be

Okay I am confused...Ron are you talking about the front or rear suspension?? I suppose if I remove the bumpstops and take them to work wear I have a bandsaw and belt sander I can shorten them and s

Actually, now that you mention both ends (I'm pretty sure you installed the front NISMO springs with the rear), you'd probably want to cut both ends, but not so much as to allow the shocks to bottom
