Anyone had any experience with de-chroming parts? My DPO had the great idea of chrome plating misc. hardware like the boot and bonnet hinges, stay rods, radiator braces, etc. Would be OK (if a little

If you sand blast the parts most of the chroming will come off, and what does not come off, will be rough enough to prime and paint.
