- I noticed this Smiths Dashboard Clock in a Restoration Hardware store. I thought it looked vaguely familiar. Hmmm, I wonder how hard it would be to get the clock out of that leather frame... http://

- Smashing good looks, but not as original. Must be battery (small) not 12 volt. Face different than original, bezel appears thicker. For $39 it would still make a good desk clock, or a replacement fo

- On the subject of clocks....is there a source for swapping out the guts of an original and replacing with quarts works??? My clock isn't working and thought while I was at it this might be something

- I had a non-working clock face installed on a center post time adjust VDO clock of original diameter, with chrome bezel. Decals of original faces are available at instrument rebuilders. Name of mine
