Hi all, Has anyone gotten thier 5lb or 10lb, 1301 Halon bottles re-certified this year at Diest ? I've got a set I bought last year and have been calling Diest for three months to get re-certified. A

I feel your pain... I have been using Diest products for 15 years and am very happy with them....BUT.... I went from a Halon system to a Coldfire system just to avoid the hassles involved with halon.

I have my fire extinguisher service certify the weights on the bottles. This has always been acceptable with Tech. If the weight is correct they are full. Be sure to blow out the lines and nozzles.
