Any suggestions our there in removing the differential fill and test plug? Mine is to small for a = stud. It seems to be an odd size. Do I need a special tool for this? Richard

I would think that someone could make a little money making a "special tool" for this since none exist (that I know of). All you need is a square plug of some kind but its easy to make one. I just a

Take an old 1/2" socket drive and taper it on a grinding wheel. The square hole is too small for 1/2", but too big for 3/8". If you are careful with the tapering, you can still use the drive for your
