I believe the tops that fit poorly have the rear flaps too high so they will not snap down and I also believe that the side drip rails did not extend forward far enough. There maybe other problems I

I have a replacement top that was put on...who knows when, but more than 20 yrs. ago. It has the problem of the flaps being too high so that they don't snap down. Mark L.

Same here, the flaps seem too high, and I can track my top to 1978. It was a Robbins (IIRC), that I got from a certain east coast pirate, now long out of the business. It's still in pretty good shape
