Basically you're upsetting the car dynamics anyway, by putting on bar/shocks/sticky tires. Whether the setup is amenable to running equal size tires all around is something to discover empirically; b

I have some experience with this on MR2s and M3s. The M3 came stock with 225s front and 245s rear. I tried some Victoracers that were 225 front and 255 rear, and the car had way too much understeer.
