Does anyone know how to adjust the door air latches. When I lower the door, the latch only goes to the 1st click. I have to manually open the door and let it drop to get it to latch both clicks. It l

There is a thumb screw on the solenoid to adjust the rate the air bleeds down when you push the down button. Sounds like you need to increase the rate slightly by turning the screw counter clockwise.

Marvin, I believe what you are describing is normal. I was talking with Terry several years ago, and he said that he catches his door with is knee for a second to let the air completely drain. Then
