Well I am about ready to paint and would like to take my doors off. I have tried heating the bolts and hitting them with an Impact Driver. All I got was a sore arm. Anyone have are really good trick

Drill the heads of the screws. Remove the doors and then drill out the broken screws and retap them.

Hi all I would use a mig and weld nuts on top of the screws. It gives lots of leverage and the heat from welding sometimes penetrates better. If you break the nut off, weld another on. I prefer this

Once you've chewed tham up with an impact driver, try a good centre punch on the outside of the head. That worked for me. Once loose, a Phillips attachment on the end of a tommy-bar does the trick. E
