- the OD I don't think you need a special cable. It does need to be the correct length but I believe all the cables have the same ends, only the length varies. fine I don't think a 1280 speedo works wi

- I can vouch for this. I bought a non-OD cable, since I don't have overdrive, but it was too short, because I also don't have the right angle adaptors at the tranny or the gauge. I got it to fit, but
