The only thing I can think of is Lithium grease Spray (comes in an aerosal can). Used it at Ford alot to give a long lasting lubrication solution to squeaks. It wouldnt collect as much debris as reg

Rather than some kind of lubricant. Why not have the gears coated. We use different kinds of coatings on our tooling at work sure does help with tool life. Don't know what a new set of gears cost you
